Us Quails are a particular bunch and do our best to provide you with the product you expect and deserve. But hey, even we can be bird brains sometimes. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price less any shipping charges (including original shipping charge). Merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If merchandise is not returned within 30 days, refunds may be issued for defective items. We'll accept undamaged, unworn merchandise in the original packaging for returns. Items shipped in error must also be returned within 30 days.
Returns of 2 or more non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee. This does not apply to items shipped in error. If only one case is kept on a multiple case order, customer is responsible for initial shipping charges. If customer orders the incorrect size phone case and wishes to exchange, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Because we are a print to order company, we limit returns to no more than 4 phone cases on orders of 6 or more OR no more than 4 phone cases in total when ordered by the same customer within a 45 day time period.
