Yao is a watercolor artist and designer in Columbus, Ohio. Founded in 2012, Yao Cheng Design is a design studio where Yao’s modern and bright paintings come to life through home-decor and stationery products, licensing and commercial work. Our studio is where we create her signature watercolors. Throughout all of Yao's work, she is always trying to capture the immediacy of expressions through unpredictable color, shapes and fluid brush strokes. The result is work that is captivating and connects with people on an emotional and intrinsic level.
